New Fares Starting January 1, 2019
Changes to RTD’s overall fare policy will take effect January 1, 2019. The changes include a new youth discount, a 3-Hour Pass that will replace one-way transfers, and fare increases.

Service Changes Take Effect January 13
At the start of each year, RTD makes changes to our bus and train system to ensure we provide the best possible service for our customers. These changes enhance transit options, reduce traffic congestion, improve service reliability, and enable better passenger connections to other RTD services.

2018 Ticket Refund and Exchange Policy
Before you toss out your expired 2018 10-Ride tickets, day passes or Access-A-Ride tickets, take a look at our exchange policy. Expired unused tickets or passes as of December 31, 2018 will be accepted as valid fare payment until January 31st, 2019.

Ride For Free on New Year's Eve
Enjoy free bus and train service on our entire system from 7:00 p.m. on New Year's Eve through the end of the service day on January 1, 2019 (2:59 a.m. on January 2).
Call-n-Ride has a new name - FlexRide
Starting on January 13, RTD’s Call-n-Ride local bus service will be renamed to FlexRide.
Anyone can catch FlexRide to connect to other RTD bus or train services at stations and Park-n-Rides, or get direct access to shopping malls, schools, businesses, recreational centers, and more by booking a trip online or going to a designated stop on one of our flex routes.
